The Gibson Custom Kirk Hammett 1979 Flying V is a limited edition replica of the guitar Kirk Hammett used on early Metallica albums including Kill 'Em All, Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets, …And Justice for All, and The Black Album. Only 200 units were hand-made by Gibson Custom Shop luthiers in Nashville and aged by the Murphy Lab to match the original. Each guitar comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Kirk Hammett.
